Sunset Paintings

 

I've been really into sunsets at my home recently and watching the clouds and so many colors in the sky so when I needed a sympathy card for a friend I wanted to paint something beautiful and came up with this. 

I'm really trying to just find my own style but I often have to use a reference photo or image and have a really hard time coming up with something in my own minds eye. 

It made a really nice card I think. I would love to just sit and paint cards. I'm going to get a group together to do that soon. A friend of mine wanted to join in and paint too. I'm sure a few would come.
