
Well I found a fun receipe for our eggs this year to bring to a Christmas Party! One version I made used Pesto and cheedar cheese and hot chili peppers flakes, while the other was more traditional with green food coloring and red peppers and onions. So fun to make. I also made some crustini's with a baugette I baked, my first time trying to make all that. I piped a little cream cheese and spices & sour cream over the smoked peppered salmon and topped with a caper. Yummy! I realized after making these and the rice crispy turkey on Thanksgiving that I miss crafting and quilting and making yarn and painting that I just need to be crafty because I'm really happy when I am.
