Crocheted Table Topper Flopper

 While going through an older craft tote, I found this thread-crochet table topper I started way back in the early 2000s, before I even moved to Tennessee.

I used to do so much thread crochet then, and finding this felt like opening a tiny time capsule from another version of myself. The little Christmas trees, red flowers, and delicate lacework are still so pretty.

Sadly, I don’t have the pattern anymore, at least not anywhere I’ve found yet. I may have to search online and see whether I can track it down. Finding red thread that matches could be another adventure all by itself.

It was so fun to rediscover this old project, although I do wish I had finished it. Maybe it has simply been waiting all these years for me to come back to it. ❤️🧶
