February Calendar

 

I painted this for the calendar I’m making for next year. Birds again! I’m just saying, I tried. They may not be perfect, but these little lovebirds are awfully sweet, are they not?

I love the soft pink background and the snowy branch, and that tiny heart above them just makes me smile. Sometimes a painting doesn’t have to be perfect to still feel special. This one feels gentle and happy, and I think it will make a lovely little piece for the calendar.
