Dreaming of Dolphin Days

And Beaches of course!  I tried playing with paint pens, pastels, and charcoal to make this little dolphin. It was fun experimenting with all the different textures and seeing how they worked together, especially in the water and splashes.

I’m already thinking ahead to beach days in a few months. There is just something about ocean colors, dolphins, and rolling waves that makes winter feel a little shorter.

This tiny sketch feels like a small window into summer.
