Applesauce

 

Picked a bunch of fresh apples at a local apple orchard two weeks ago, we made an apple pie, apple tarts, apple pastries and today I used up most of the rest and made some applesauce. Nothing better than homemade applesauce. I mixed four kinds of apples for the perfect blend, a little cinnamon and honey and it made quite a bit! Kept a bit out for us!
