Fabric Stash 2023

This photo captures maybe 1/8th of my fabric stash.  I really need help trying to figure out how to use these small cuts up! I have so many fat quarter cuts and half yard and then all the fabric leftovers from the lines of fabrics that I have already used in so many quilts and projects over the years.

I find plenty of scrappy-looking quilt patterns but nothing that sparks a lot of joy, especially patterns that might show off some of the more fun prints. I'm at a loss since I know I don't want it to be too light or dark and have no pattern at all either. 

I did get through a good chunk of my bits of fabric.  I feel if I can just color coordinate them all by shades and then just find patterns that use color and just use them up that way, that might be what I have to do. I'm sure I'll keep my notes here for future plans.

Still, this was a fun full day of going through these bins and baskets! I remember almost everything I have made from the leftovers, and the others I can tell you where and when I bought them and what my plans were or thoughts with each design too! My stash has grown that is for sure!
