Salsa

 Salsa! I bought 25 pounds of fresh tomatos from a neighbor who has an expanding garden and charged me only 25 dollars! So what do you do with that many tomatos besides have BLTs? Spaghetti sauce, Marinara sauce or Salsa. 

I opted for Salsa this time! It is really good and I got a good 12 pints! That's one a month to enjoy... but I really want to open another already!
