Dishtowels

Here is my work so far on the washcloth I made from class this past week. It focused on using pick up sticks to make patterns and it's fun to see how they look in this sample. So far the 1st section is done, I have 2 more to go!

I also washed up the towel and washcloth I finished from weeks 1&2. It is so soft and fun to see your own woven work ready to be used. 

I have to measure it yet to see what the shrinkage was, they say something like 30% on this with the cotton I used. I imagine making a bath towel would be extra luxurious.
