Good Fortune Mystery

Clue #1 for this year's Mystery Quilt called Good Fortune was released this last Friday by designer Bonnie Hunter. I've done 4 of Pat Sloan's mystery quilts since 2015 and I just am in love with the scrappy look of quilts I've decided to do one by Bonnie Hunter this year!

Around 9 years ago I found Bonnie's webpage and made the scrappy houses, which was my 2nd or 3rd attempt at quilting blocks back before I really knew what I was doing, but just loved her designs even then so I decided to sew along this year with her Quiltville Mystery for 2018/2019.  You can join in the fun or read more about it on her blog at Bonnie's Quiltville Website

Here is a photo of my colors I choose for the mystery and a few of the 4 patch squares from the 1st clue release. I'm about 3/4 of the way done now and will take another photo when I'm done. For today I thought I'd join in the Quiltville Link up, to share my photos with lots of others so everyone can see the fun and join in!
