Leaders and Enders update

 

This has to be one of my most favorite scrappy projects of all time. So much so that I never want it to end and I want it gigantic. It was on my design wall for months like this until last summer and I came across this photo just now and thought WOW. 

I think it was Bonnie Hunters' ender and leader project of like 2019 or maybe even 2018. I use it as my leader and enders but sometimes I just don't grab them to use like I should so it's been an ongoing project that is so fun because bits and parts of so many things I've sewn and made over the past few years are in these blocks.  

I have something like 60 blocks done, They are 12 inches each. I'm wanting to make it 8x8 so that's 64 blocks today so I'm nearly done, but then I think maybe I want an 8x9 instead, which I am leaning toward now.

This photo only has a 4x4 block set that's really shown but I love how many different patterns I can see in this quilt.
