Saturday Sewing

Quilting the final areas on my Let's go Camping Quilt I'll be gifting to my son for Christmas next week! I just am so in love with this quilt and so pleased with how it's turning out.

Quilting is so fun, I'm still really new to the free motion quilting but I love it and this machine makes quilting a dream. I've been working on it a few hours every night this week and last night I cuddled up on the couch with it and I realized I've never made a quilt to keep myself yet.

I'll do that in 2019 I think, I just fall so in love with them I want to give them to those I love. Imagining them snuggled up and loved is comforting to me. I put all my love in them and prayers so that God's peace, comfort and blessings be bound in them as well.
